HOLISTIC NUTRITION COACHING

As a Holistic Nutrition Coach, my role is to support you to achieve your goals towards better health and to maintain optimal physical and mental health .

 

Together we will dig deep looking for the root cause of your problems and I will guide you through a holistic healing process to address all areas of your life, focusing on creating and keeping healthy habits that will help you reach your goals.

I will show you how to listen to your body and how to understand it so you can free yourself from most of the negative self-talk that keeps you on the wrong path. When you know your own body, you will find how easy it is to keep a healthy lifestyle by choosing the right foods, exercising regularly and loving yourself.

My approach consist in a 12-week program with regular one-on-one meetings to discuss ways in which you will work to improve yourself. We will focus on how diet and exercise affect your lifestyle and overall well being.

How does it work?

We will meet for a total of 12 sessions (weekly or by-weekly) and we will work together to find the root cause of the issues that are holding you back from achieving your goals. 

During our sessions, we will address one specific area of your life that needs improvement. I will use a tool called the circle of life which will highlight which topic needs to be assessed first.

We will go through how your external environment and your nutrition play a key role in your lifestyle and overall mental and physical health, and we will find a balance between those two,  so you can start living an intentional life. You will also understand how your mind, brain and body work and how you can change your old habits into new, healthy ones that are 100% sustainable.


You will have my full support during this process. I won't leave you alone during this transition period in which you will become the best version of yourself.
